Eliminate the Use of Wood Planks from Your Scaffold
AT-PAC’s Ringlock System Scaffold was designed to reduce the use of wood products, we are going to highlight how you can reduce the use of LVL or DI-65 wood planks by using our new Ringlock 45-degree Corner Planks.
The Corner Plank is a Ringlock 9.5” (0.24m) wide Steel Plank with the end hook set at a 45 degree angle to allow a connection to the Ringlock bearer (Ledger). This provides a total systemization of your working platforms, specifically where wood planks would typically be used to cover a 45-degree angle. The use of steel planks decreases the number of consumables required, increases your return on investment by increasing product life span and increases your labor productivity during the erection and dismantle of the Ringlock scaffold.
The corner solution requires 3 additional components (at varying lengths):
Triangle Corner Plank
Attached to the Rosette and hooks onto the Ringlock Ledger, this closes the small gap at the corner where 2 Ledgers connect to the standard. The corner is 2 x 9.5” (0.24m) Planks wide.
45 Degree Corner Plank
Is a Ringlock Steel Plank 9.5” (0.24m) wide with a 45-degree hook at each end. This allows you to connect two adjoining bays of up to 7’-0” (2.13m) in length
45 Degree Corner Ledger
Is 3” wide and closes the corner by joining the Standards together at 45 degrees, thus allowing the platform to continue seamlessly
Spring Loaded Wind Latch
The new Ringlock 45-Degree Corner Plank is manufactured with our new spring-loaded wind latch.
