Stewardship That Makes A Difference 

The early beginnings of AT-PAC started with founder and chairman of the board Tom Davis who started AT-PAC out of Tucker, Georgia. Here, AT-PAC identified a niche market buying, selling, and brokering used equipment throughout North America. After experiencing success in North America Tom then invested into AT-PAC’s Industrial Scaffold Supply division, acquiring a scaffold labor business in Canada. This would prove to be a major move towards establishing AT-PAC’s global presence.

AT-PAC Global Support Team

The foundation of the Global Support Office Board started with Tom Davis, who believes in order to do great things, you must have great people. Jeff Davis CEO and Harley Karseboom CFO reflect the core values of AT-PAC, and joined Tom on the Global Office Support Board. Jeff Davis is the President and CEO of AT-PAC where he started in sales & operational roles. After holding several positions, in 2009 Jeff would lead the development and implementation of a 5 year global growth strategy to fortify AT-PAC’s global presence. 



Harley Karseboom joins Jeff Davis as Vice Chairman and CFO bringing over 36 years of experience to the Board in entrepreneurship, auditing, and corporate finance. The stewardship of the Global Support Board is what allows the entire AT-PAC team to function cohesively and provide you with the best scaffold solutions.
